- 50% credit for cancellations made 24 hours before class
- No credit for no-call/no-show attendance
Credits are valid toward future eligible workshops or classes and are non-transferable unless approved by management.
Crystal Coven Courses reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary.
Memberships & Subscription Services
Membership programs and recurring subscriptions:
- Billing recurs automatically unless canceled
- You may cancel future renewals at any time
- No partial refunds are issued for unused membership periods
- Access may terminate immediately upon failed payment
