No refunds will be issued for:
- Digital downloads
- Recorded classes
- PDFs
- Workbooks
- Ritual guides
- Self-paced courses
- Membership content already accessed

Live Classes & Workshops
Cancellation credits may be issued according to the following guidelines:
- 100% class credit for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event
- 50% class credit for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event
- No credit for no-call/no-show attendance
Credits may be applied toward future classes or workshops.
Memberships
Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Partial month refunds are not provided.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to technical issues or special situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
